Due to popular demand Hampstead Health & Fitness has added another Silver Sneakers class. You now have the flexibility of up to 4 Silver Sneakers classes per week at 10:05am (M,T,W,F)! Check your health insurance benefits package, you may already be a Silver Sneakers member which gets you a free membership to Hampstead Health & Fitness and full unlimited use of our facility!
