Tips for a successful Holiday!
Pick your poison: meaning choose something you don’t want to skip at the holiday gathering . Example wine, apps, dessert but don’t have all 3
Don’t skip meals because your attending a party. Rather eat sensibly throughout the day.
Switch up your workouts. You can change any of these variables to change things up, frequency, intensity or duration
Try to keep temptations out of the house or the office if possible
Bring something heathy to the party as your contribution. Everyone will appreciate it!
Stay hydrated! Drink lots of water. Dehydration can often feel like hunger. Have a glass of water first, wait 20 minutes. If your still truly hungry then you can eat something.
Don’t over stress it or think it!
