Exciting news regarding Riptide, our Small Group Personal Training Program! Starting Monday November 6th the sessions now have ‘flex start and finish times’ meaning on Mondays & Wednesdays you can arrive between 8:15 and 8:35 and finish between 9 & 9:15. Fridays start time is between 9:15 and 9:35 and end time will be between 10 & 10:15 with the goal to exercise at a moderate to high intensity for a minimum of 40 minutes including warm-up. Saturdays session will remain the same.
This new format on Mondays & Wednesdays will allow parents some flexibility and time to get your children off to school and make it to your session! Fridays earlier start time will allow those that need to get out a little earlier that opportunity. Flexibility is a good thing and hoping that these changes will enable you to take advantage of this fantastic, very low-cost program!
