Workout Floor

Complete sums it up. What you need for your ideal workout routine, HHF has and plenty of it. The workout floor is spacious and a comfortable atmosphere. The equipment and surrounding areas are meticulously cleaned and well maintained. We are pleased to offer over 40 machines of a wide variety of strength training equipment; free-weights and resistance machines including Hammerstrength, Cybex and Icarian.

Cardio Deck

Your time is valuable and HHF has over 60 cardiovascular machines so you won’t have to wait and you’ll be able to vary your workout. We even offer complimentary workout towels, just ask at the front desk.

We offer all the biggest names in Cardio and Strength equipment – Stairmaster, Precor and Lifefitness, including:
