Jeremy holds a Personal Trainer Certification from The National Academy of Sports Medicine. He has traveled out to Southern California to train under Marv Marinovich, a world-renowned Personal and Athletic Trainer. He attends continuing education seminars on a regular basis to keep up with the constantly evolving fitness industry, in the best interest of his widely varied clientele. Jeremy’s athlete client list include a rookie pitcher for the New York Mets, ‘So You Think You Can Dance Finalist, a professional Mixed Martial Arts fighter, a Golden Gloves Champion, an amateur natural bodybuilder, as well as numerous high school wrestlers, football, hockey, baseball, basketball and lacrosse players. He enjoyed working out at very young age but never thought about becoming a trainer until his mother died of cancer shortly after he graduated high school. Todd decided that he would like to do something to make and keep people healthy. After working at both Gold’s Gym and Latitude Sports Club, he joined the team at Associates in Fitness & Nutrition within the former World’s Gym in Haverhill and Methuen. Todd holds a Personal Training Certification from The American Council on Exercise and prides himself on being on the cutting edge of the fitness industry, which includes attending the very best continuing education courses. Todd’s clients have varied in their fitness goals and enjoys helping all of them reach success. Click here to read what Todd's clients have to say about him. • Cyndi Springford, AFAA-CPT, ACE-CPT - Cyndi took the first steps towards her career in 1992 when she quit smoking and attended her first aerobics class with a friend’s encouragement. Eleven months later, she became a certified aerobics instructor. She began instructing group exercise classes in June of 1993. She grew more passionate about health and fitness from that point and became an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer in 1994. Currently, Cyndi works for Hampstead Health and Fitness as both a Personal Trainer and a Group Exercise Instructor. Her Personal Training Certifications include the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and the American Council on Exercise, and her Group Exercise credentials include Johnny G. Spinning Instructor, Resist-A-Ball, C.O.R.E. Level One And Two, Thomas the Promise Kickboxing Level One, Yogafit Level One And Two, And Turbokick. Cyndi currently also trains clients and instructs group classes at the Corporate Fitness Center inside the MIT Lincoln laboratory in Lexington, MA. Wentworth, AFAA-CPT, LMT - Sue Wentworth has been with HHF for nine years now, as both a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor. She is also a New Hampshire Licensed Massage Therapist. Sue holds several certifications from the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA); Personal trainer, Weight Room and Group Exercise, Spinning Instructor Star Level 2, and Resist-A-Ball Instructor levels 1 & 2. As a veteran of 21 marathons, many foot and bike races up Mt. Washington and several triathlons, she has worked with a number of members to achieve their running and competitive triathlon goals. For recreational sports, Sue enjoys hiking, skiing and kayaking. Click here to read what Sue's clients have to say about her. • Kris Chaganis, AFAA-CPT, LMT - Kris graduated from the University of Mass, Amhesrt with a B.S. in Exercise Science in 1990. Kris is an AFAA certified personal trainer and a NETA certified exercise instructor. She has been running group circuit training classes for women for the past 18 months and trains individual clients as well. Kris is also a New Hampshire licensed massage therapist and has been practicing massage since 1991.
