Top 3 Teams Overall - Ramon's team lost 6.9% of their overall weight, Jeremy's Gray team lost 5.9% of their overall weight, and Todd's Black team lost 3.9% of their overall weight - What an accomplishment!
Top 3 Individual Leaders Overall - Tara L. pulled out in front with a total loss of 15.8% of her body weight, followed by Gena W. who lost 15% of her body weight and Steph M. with a total loss of 14.5% of her body weight! Way to go everyone!
Top Lifestyle Point Leader - Sandra R-O with 231 Points - Keep up the good work!
Top Male Leader - Jeff L. lost 3.7% of his overall weight - Well done Jeff!

Leading Team Overall - The Blue Team lost a total of 2.46% or 33.5 lbs
Leading Individual Weight Loss - Jerry L. lost 6% or 14 lbs
Leading Individual Lifestyle Points - Jerry L. and Rich F. tied with 35 points each

Hampstead Health and Fitness is always finding ways to motivate, encourage and engage their membership in achieving the best overall health they can. The latest event is Choose To Lose. There are 11 teams in total, each headed by an HHF Staff Member, with 6-9 members on each team. Working together to achieve results and have some fun, friendly competitiveness with it!! This is just one of the events that make members love being part of the Hampstead Health and Fitness family!

Contest Information
• Teams meet once per week, you select the time and day that will work best for your schedule, see the Front Desk for team meeting times, and availability. This will be your weekly team meeting day and time for the entire 12 weeks.
• The Team Leader will lead group during weekly meetings on workouts, discuss nutrition, review weekly point cards, and weigh in. You will leave each weeks meeting with a workout to do during the upcoming week.
• Each week you earn lifestyle points by meeting nutritional guidelines, physical activity requirements and water consumption.
• After your weekly meeting your team leader will use the data collected to update our scoreboard. Team and individual leaders will be posted weekly; specific results will not be disclosed.
• There will be 3 ways to win.
• Team with the overall highest percentage of weight lost at the end of the contest will win a 3 month gym membership for each team member.
• Individual with the highest percentage of weight lost at the end of the contest will receive $150.00 in CASH
• Individual with the highest overall lifestyle point total at the end of the contest will receive $100.00 CASH

Each year Hampstead Health and Fitness picks a day to celebrate YOU, our membership. You are the reason we get up and do what we do each and every day. This year's day was celebrated with food, special classes and numerous raffles. Pictured above are two lucky members winning the grill and the flat screen tv. Fun was had by all!
