HOOPILATES - Hoopilates combines traditional strengthening Pilates movements with the fun cardio elements of hoop dancing. There are both standing and seated exercises, arm and waist hooping intervals, tricks and stretching. This is definitely not a boring workout; as a matter of fact you probably won't even realize you are working out. MUSCLE PUMP - This dumbbell class challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best strength training
