Riptide Flex Times

Exciting news regarding Riptide, our Small Group Personal Training Program! Starting Monday November 6th the sessions now have ‘flex start and finish times’ meaning on Mondays & Wednesdays you can arrive between 8:15 and 8:35 and finish between 9 & 9:15. Fridays start time is between 9:15 and 9:35 and end time will be between 10 & 10:15 with the goal to exercise at a moderate to high intensity for a minimum of 40 minutes including warm-up. Saturdays session will remain the same.

This new format on Mondays & Wednesdays will allow parents some flexibility and time to get your children off to school and make it to your session! Fridays earlier start time will allow those that need to get out a little earlier that opportunity. Flexibility is a good thing and hoping that these changes will enable you to take advantage of this fantastic, very low-cost program!

A huge thank you to Anthony Matias for the absolutely fantastic Krav Maga Self Defense class held this past Saturday! We had rave reviews from all 14 participants! Tony and I will be meeting this week to plan our next class and most likely series of classes.

When I decided to have Tony join us as our ‘Self Defense Guru’ it was due to our many conversations and his understanding of my singular goal for our members, to be able to quickly and efficiently “kick ass” and then escape from any perceived danger. Mission accomplished but there is much more to learn and perfect!!

Hope to see all who attended and many more in the future who wish to ‘arm themselves’ with knowledge and practical experience!

Fred Archambault: Fitness ‘IS’ the fountain of youth!

So privileged to have this great man as my friend and his visits to my office 3 times a week. It’s 10 minutes of your time to undoubtedly be positively impacted by this individual. He is truly, I state “1 in a million” on the video but in reality, I would bet the only person with this ability on planet earth! I don’t know many people in fitness that can do 20 pull-ups and bench 200 pounds, Fred does it at 94 years young and weighing 155!! A little miscommunication at 7:45 of the video but watch through that, it’s worth it to get to the ending! Fitness ‘IS’ the fountain of youth! If you’re not taking care of yourself, START TODAY!
